Job Description:-

Manage and supervise daily site operations to ensure smooth workflow, safety compliance, and completion of work according to company standards and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:-

1.Supervise daily site activities and operations team.

2. Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.

3. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

4.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.

5. Prepare site reports and maintain operational records.

6. Manage manpower, equipment, and site resources effectively.

7. Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

8. Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:-

1. Minimum Diploma or equivalent in related field.

2.Experience in site operations or supervision is preferred.

3. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

4. Able to work independently and manage a team.

5. Knowledge of safety procedures and site operations.

6. Willing to work at site locations and flexible working hours.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
