Key Responsibilities

• Perform rework and repair activities on products according to work instructions and established procedures.
• Inspect and identify product defects, abnormalities, and non-conformities.
• Perform troubleshooting to identify the root cause of product failures.
• Carry out soldering, component replacement, assembly, and other rework activities as required.
• Follow technical drawings, schematics, work instructions, and engineering specifications.
• Ensure all reworked products meet the required quality and functionality standards.
• Perform testing and verification after completing rework or repair activities.
• Record rework activities, defects, findings, and completed work accurately.
• Assist with failure analysis and root-cause investigation for recurring product issues.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S, safety, and quality requirements at the workstation.
• Handle tools, equipment, and materials properly to prevent damage or product contamination.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other relevant departments to resolve product issues.
• Support continuous improvement activities to reduce defects, rework, and production downtime.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / SKM / Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in rework, repair, soldering, testing, assembly, troubleshooting, or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing are highly encouraged to apply.
• Experience with soldering and component replacement is an added advantage.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and able to perform precise work.
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts and overtime when required.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications may also be considered.
