Key Responsibilities

E-Invoicing Management: Process and validate LHDN-compliant e-Invoices, self-billed e-Invoices, and consolidated monthly e-Invoices through SQL Account (or LHDN MyInvois portal). Ensure all required buyer information (such as TIN and registration numbers) is accurate before submission.

Payroll & Salary Counter-Checking: Verify monthly payroll calculations prior to payment disbursement. Cross-check basic salaries, allowances, overtime, and claims, while ensuring accurate statutory deductions (EPF / KWSP, SOCSO / PERKESO, EIS / SIP, and PCB / MTD).

Data Entry & System Maintenance: Batch-input all routine financial transactions, including receipts, vendor invoices, and payment vouchers into SQL Account.

Accounts Payable (AP): Reconcile supplier statements, process vendor invoices, and queue up weekly/monthly payment batches.

Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate customer invoices/e-Invoices, monitor incoming cash flow, and track outstanding debts.

Bank Reconciliation: Match bank statements against SQL Account records to ensure all cash inflows and outflows are accurately reconciled.

Compliance & Audit Filing: Maintain properly organized digital and physical records of validated e-Invoices, payment receipts, and payroll reports for statutory audit readiness.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, LCCI, or equivalent bookkeeping qualification.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on bookkeeping and payroll verification experience in Malaysia.

Technical Skills: Must be proficient in SQL Account, including its e-Invoicing module. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required.

Regulatory Knowledge: Well-versed in LHDN E-Invoicing guidelines, standard Malaysian accounting practices, and local statutory requirements (KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN).

Attributes: High attention to detail, strong time-management skills to process weekly task batches within 2 working days, and complete confidentiality handling salary records.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
