Sales & Application Engineer (Data Centre)

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia

EXS Synergy Sdn Bhd is looking for a passionate and driven Sales & Application Engineer to join our growing team and support our expansion in the Data Centre industry.

As part of our team, you will play an important role in bridging customer requirements with the right engineering solutions while supporting business growth in the data centre sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and sales documentation
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to deliver effective solutions
• Support customer meetings, presentations, and project discussions

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sales
• Experience or exposure in Data Centre, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), M&E, or related industries is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand technical requirements and provide customer-focused solutions
• Willing to be based in Cyberjaya

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Technical Sales
• Experience working with Data Centre, Critical Infrastructure, Electrical Systems, M&E, or related industries
• Knowledge of electrical systems, engineering solutions, or technical products will be an added advantage
