ROLE OVERVIEW
The HR Manager will lead the HR function across Klinik Dr.Prevents’ clinic network.
This is a hands-on leadership role accountable for manpower continuity, recruitment, HR team performance, attendance and leave governance, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and HR operational discipline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the HR team, including delegation, coaching, performance monitoring, and follow-through.
- Own workforce planning and manpower continuity across all clinic branches.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Clinic Assistants, customer service staff, doctors, executives, managers, and other operational roles.
- Manage attendance, lateness, absenteeism, leave, medical leave, and disciplinary matters.
- Lead KPI implementation, probation reviews, appraisals, performance improvement plans, and succession planning.
- Coordinate onboarding, SOP orientation, training schedules, and competency tracking.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, complaints, and engagement matters professionally.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment requirements, including the Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and OSHA.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, policies, disciplinary documentation, and statutory records.
- Produce monthly HR reports and maintain reliable recruitment, manpower, attendance, training, and performance dashboards.
- Use AI and HR technology to improve recruitment, reporting, workforce planning, documentation, and process automation.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of HR experience.
- At least two years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Good understanding of Malaysian employment law and statutory requirements.
- Experience managing HR team members and holding them accountable.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, InfoTech, dashboards, and recruitment platforms.
- Experience in healthcare, clinic operations, retail, or multi-branch organisations is preferred.
