Job Description
- Drive regional sales strategy and deliver revenue, margin, and growth targets across SEA
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales managers, engineers, and distributors
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while strengthening key account relationships
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure forecasting accuracy
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with strategic customers
- Represent the organisation at industry events and strengthen brand presence
- Monitor KPIs and sales performance using CRM tools and data-driven insight
A Successful Regional Sales Manager Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or related engineering discipline
- 15 years of experience inB2B technical sales or industrial/automation industries
- At least 8 years in a managerial role with proven experience managing large teams
- Strong regional exposure across Southeast Asia
- Demonstrated success in business development and building strong sales pipelines
- Commercially driven with strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive growth in evolving markets
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is advantageous for ease of communication with key accounts & suppliers
