Job Description

Responsibilities

Salary: S$4,000 – S$6,000 (commensurate with experience)

Working Days: 5-day work week

Working Location: East Singapore (Walking distance from Paya Lebar MRT)

Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the Group’s HR operations, ensuring efficient and effective HR practices across the organisation.
* Oversee the full recruitment process, including manpower planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding and offboarding.
* Oversee monthly payroll, including verification of attendance, timesheets, overtime, leave and staff claims.
* Oversee staff attendance, leave administration and HR documentation.
* Manage Work Permit, S Pass and Employment Pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
* Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, employment laws and company HR policies.
* Develop, review and improve HR policies, SOPs and HR processes.
* Maintain accurate HR records, reports and documentation.
* Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates and recommendations to Management.
* Support HR operations across the Group’s businesses.
* Partner with department heads on manpower planning, employee performance, succession planning and retention.
* Resolve employee relations and disciplinary matters professionally.
* Drive continuous improvements in HR productivity, systems and workplace culture.
* Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

* Relevant HR management experience is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations and employment practices.
* Experience managing payroll and HR administration.
* Experience with Info-Tech HRMS or similar HR/payroll systems is preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Able to work independently, lead a team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven.
