Develop and formulate new food and beverage products based on market trends and customer requirements.

Improve existing products by enhancing taste, texture, appearance, nutritional value, and shelf life.

Conduct research and product trials to evaluate new ingredients, formulations, and processing methods.

Ensure products comply with food safety regulations, quality standards, and labeling requirements.

Monitor production processes to maintain product consistency and quality.

Perform laboratory testing and sensory evaluations of food and beverage products.

Analyze product performance and recommend process improvements.

Collaborate with suppliers to source and evaluate raw materials and ingredients.

Prepare product specifications, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Work with quality assurance teams to investigate and resolve product quality issues.

Support manufacturing teams during product scale-up and commercial production.

Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and food hygiene standards.

Conduct shelf-life studies and stability testing.

Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences.

Assist with regulatory submissions and product registrations where required.

Train production staff on new products, processes, and quality requirements.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.

Participate in internal and external food safety and quality audits.
