Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Support full L&D function for the Society.
  • Manage whole cycle of training administration including but not limited to, courses registration and maintaining training records, training grants application and tracking, training invoices verification and liaise with Finance for payment, administering training evaluations and support generation of training reports etc.
  • Support learning needs analysis, assist in training course sourcing and training provider procurement aligned with Singapore Children’s Society Competency Framework for assigned inhouse training requests.
  • Coordinate and liaise with trainers, participants and venue administration teams for inhouse training, including Staff Induction.
  • Manage full cycle of internship attachments, including fulfilling requests, coordination with Hiring Managers and tertiary institutions, verification and payments to interns, etc.
  • Administration of sponsorships and scholarships programs. Monitoring service bonds.
  • Support future projects related to Learning Management System and other Learning Technologies etc.
  • Support any ad-hoc projects assigned by the supervisor and management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Learning & Development or Training Administration experience, preferably within the Social Service Sector, Healthcare or Non-Profit Organisations.
  • ACLP, ACTA or other Adult Learning certifications will be an advantage. Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Employment Act, NCSS Professional Capability Grant (PCG), Professional Development Scheme (PDS), SkillsFuture initiatives, CCF (OSG) and other workforce development funding schemes.
  • Conscientious and attention to details.
  • Good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
