Join our premium dining team!
We're looking for energetic, confident, well-groomed personnel who enjoy engaging with guests and delivering an exceptional dining experience. Hospitality or fitness backgrounds are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.
Present menus, explain menu items, and make food and beverage recommendations.
Accurately take and process guest orders.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
Ensure guests receive attentive and personalized service throughout their dining experience.
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
Process payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures.
Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.
