Position Overview

The Marketing Communications Executive (6 Months Contract) promotes on-brand messaging to customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels to enhance the hotel's image. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communication, the individual will be actively involved in various marketing and branding projects, assisting the Marketing & Communications Team.

The Role

Marketing activities

• Assisting with the creation of asset libraries to support marketing guidelines for consumer, trade and social media, communications with branding and creative agencies
• Assisting with the consolidation of monthly reports for brand campaigns, PR and social media
• Opportunity to develop your functional and professional business skills whilst performing day-to-day administrative duties such as email correspondence or business letters
• Lead a good working level relationship and communication with key stakeholders
• Document and communicate requests and enquiries to appropriate personnel while practicing high integrity and strict confidence

Talent Profile

• Diploma Holder preferably in Marketing or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal, telephone and customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Canva, with the ability to create and edit marketing collateral, social media creatives, presentations and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines
• A good team player with approachable character, positive attitude and strong ownership.
• Must be a highly motivated individual with ability to multi-task effectively, well organized and flexible in a change and eye-for-detail.
