Product Manager – AI & Intelligent Investing

Position Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered investing experiences across our global trading platform. This role will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities that help investors discover opportunities, make better decisions, and engage more effectively with financial markets.

The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with hands-on experience delivering AI-powered products, preferably within trading, wealth management, or fintech environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the roadmap for AI-powered investing experiences across research, trading, portfolio management, and client engagement.
• Design and launch AI features such as investment copilots, conversational assistants, personalized recommendations, and intelligent research tools.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI to improve customer acquisition, activation, retention, and trading engagement.
• Partner closely with engineering, AI/ML, data, design, and business teams to deliver scalable AI products.
• Translate customer, business, and market needs into product requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Drive product discovery, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making through user research and analytics.
• Monitor product performance and continuously optimize AI capabilities based on user feedback and business impact.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with regulatory, security, governance, and responsible AI requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of launching customer-facing digital products.
• Experience delivering AI-powered products using Generative AI, LLMs, machine learning, recommendation engines, or conversational AI.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts such as GPT/LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, and personalization systems.
• Experience working closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in experimentation, A/B testing, and product analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in trading, brokerage, wealth management, or fintech products is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building AI copilots, investment assistants, or intelligent recommendation systems.
• Familiarity with capital markets, investing workflows, and financial market data.
• Experience working in regulated financial services environments.
• Passion for leveraging AI to transform investing and wealth management experiences.
