Direct Contract role

Location: East, Singapore

Its a Embedded Software Engineer role, where you will be working with a back office development team, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of the software solution for a high volume and performance back office of a fare system.

Responsibilities:

• Design, development and maintenance of the software and preparing business Rules, Software Requirement Specifications, Software Architecture Document, Design Specification, Interface Specifications, Source Codes, Testing Specification, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Training Manuals.

Requirements:

• Preferably degree / graduate diploma in Computer Science, IT or related engineering with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in software development.
• Experience in analysing requirements, designing, development and delivering complex enterprise applications in Java/JEE, web programming on UNIX / LINUX and Windows environment.
• Experience in web based applications development (EJB, Servlets, javascript) and database application interfacing (JDBC, SQL) in Websphere Application Server and IBM DB2.
• Experience in Business Intelligence tool - Business Objects, IBM Cognos; and ETL tool - Data Stage.
