Responsibilities
Role Summary:
Responsible for ensuring finished wafers meet quality standards through final inspection, defect detection, and failure analysis. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and customer claims, while overseeing inspection processes, optimizing tool recipes, and supervising OQC operators to maintain high-quality performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform visual and microscopic inspections on finished wafer to detect the defects.
• Release, maintain, and set up recipes for inspection tools (e.g. AVI, OM, Sorter & Packing tools)
• Perform failure analysis on rejected parts, identifying root causes, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Integration and Modules engineering) to resolve customer claims and quality issues.
• Ensure that cleanroom particle levels, air velocity, and UPW bacterial levels meet FAB specifications.
• Supervise OQC Operators, provide training on work instructions, final inspection procedures and finished Wafer packing.
Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and outgoing quality control management.
• Proficient in quality standards, knowledgeable on semiconductor processes, strong analytical, communication and quality tools (like SPC)

• High-volume production requires the ability to work under pressure, ensuring on-time delivery without compromising quality.
