About the Role

Are you passionate about turning ideas into market-ready products?

We're looking for a commercially minded Product Innovation Manager to lead the development of innovative skincare and personal care products from concept through commercialization. Working closely with R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Procurement, and Manufacturing, you'll transform consumer insights and market trends into commercially successful products that strengthen our growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) from concept through commercialization
• Identify market opportunities through consumer insights, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking
• Develop product concepts, innovation briefs, and commercial business cases
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Evaluate product feasibility, pricing, profitability, and commercial viability
• Support formulation development by working closely with R&D throughout the innovation process
• Monitor project progress, testing, and launch readiness
• Drive portfolio growth by identifying innovation opportunities and product pipeline improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Regulatory, Procurement, and Manufacturing
• Support continuous improvement of product innovation processes and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Cosmetic Science, or related field
• 3–4 years' experience in product innovation, NPD, product development, or related roles within skincare, personal care, or FMCG
• Proven experience managing product development projects from concept to launch
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Commercial mindset with understanding of product costing, pricing, and business viability
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate consumer insights into product opportunities
• Passion for skincare innovation and emerging consumer trends
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to travel to PJ & Klang office locations
