Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Unica Campaign flowcharts to support marketing automation initiatives
• Design and implement Unica Interact solutions for real-time customer engagement
• Develop, test, and maintain custom Java programs to extend Unica platform capabilities
• Integrate Unica solutions with enterprise systems via APIs and custom code
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Unica workflows and Java components
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to development standards
• Requirements Essential:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Unica Campaign and Unica Interact

• Strong Java development background with proven coding expertise
• Experience configuring complex Unica flowcharts and campaign logic
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Preferred:
• Experience with RESTful APIs and system integration
• Knowledge of marketing automation best practices
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Understanding of data-driven marketing concepts
