Responsibilities

• Prepare Tender, Construction, Shop, As-Built and Coordination BIM models and drawings.
• Develop and maintain accurate 2D/3D BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure constructability.
• Update drawings and models based on design revisions and site requirements.
• Support submission drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Produce coordinated layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
• Attend BIM coordination meetings and work closely with consultants, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with BIM/CAD standards, procedures, and project requirements.
• Assist with material take-offs and site coordination when required.
• Prepare MEP-related drawings, including piping, ducting, isometrics, and P&ID drawings where applicable.

Requirements 

• Degree, Diploma, or ITE qualification in Engineering, BIM, Architecture, or a related field.
• Senior BIM Modeller: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Lead / Senior Lead BIM Modeller: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Well verse in BIM modelling and construction coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Plant 3D, P&ID, or equivalent software is prefered 
• Good understanding of construction drawings, BIM standards, and multi-disciplinary coordination.
