Primary Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics and supply chain operations.
• Manage inventory records, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and monthly accruals.
• Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support audit, compliance, and governance activities.

Specific Responsibilities

• Process shipment and inventory transactions in SAP.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks and investigate discrepancies.
• Validate supplier invoices and coordinate payments.
• Maintain KPI reports and support business reviews.
• Monitor operational issues and escalate when necessary.
• Support quality incidents, claims, and corrective actions.
• Assist with logistics audits and certification activities.
• Provide first-level support for logistics system and master data enquiries.

Requirements

• Korean language proficiency preferred (TOPIKLevel 4-6 or equivalent), as the role requires regular communication and coordination with Korean-speaking stakeholders, including reading, writing, and interpretation of business-related materials.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations support.
• Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
