Responsibilities
**Job Summary**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-Time Service Crew member to join our matcha café team. You will serve quality matcha beverages, coffee, ice cream, and desserts whilst delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.
**Job Description**
• Prepare and serve matcha drinks, coffee, ice cream, and desserts according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers, taking orders accurately and handling payments efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café, including service areas, equipment, and dining spaces
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with restocking activities
**Job Requirements**
• Minimum Secondary education or equivalent
• Previous experience in food and beverage service is advantageous but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
• Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain) is preferred
