Are you ready to steer key operations for one of the region’s premier maritime fleets? We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Operations Executive to join a dynamic logistics team. What You’ll Be Doing

• Program and manage daily fleet operations, overseeing seamless loading and delivery schedules for bunker tankers.

• Drive voyage performance, ensuring vessels operate at peak efficiency while keeping operational costs tight.

• Coordinate daily operational activities, liaising with port authorities, external partners, and internal teams for smooth commercial execution.

• Serve as a key liaison, keeping clients and partners updated on vessel activities, personnel, and fleet adjustments.

• Assist with critical vessel insurance documentation and facilitate swift, clear communication between onshore departments and offshore crews.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in ship operations or maritime logistics is a big plus.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to navigate a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
