We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Sales Manager to lead our online sales business for premium meat, seafood, and fine food products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platforms, driving online sales growth, and developing strategic initiatives to expand our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions, and content are accurate and up to date.
• Develop and execute strategic e-commerce sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
• Monitor website performance, customer behavior, and sales analytics to optimise conversions and improve the customer experience.
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Identify new online sales opportunities through marketplaces, corporate partnerships, and digital channels.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Analyse sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategies to improve online sales and profitability.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales, digital business, or online retail management.
• Experience in premium food, meat, seafood, gourmet products, or the FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, digital marketing, and performance analytics.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
