What You Will Do
- Lead the technical and architectural development of projects from early design through to completion
- Champion design quality and creative problem-solving while maintaining technical rigour and delivery certainty
- Translate concept design into coordinated, buildable technical solutions
- Contribute to innovative, future-ready design strategies that respond to emerging technologies, sustainability goals and operational performance
- Work collaboratively across disciplines to deliver integrated, well-resolved project outcomes
- Contribute to effective project planning, programme management and risk awareness
- Apply statutory requirements, technical standards and construction knowledge with confidence
- Build constructive relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
- Support and mentor colleagues, fostering curiosity, collaboration and shared learning
- Contribute to the ongoing development of BDP’s data centre and mission-critical capability.

Skills & Experience
- Proven track record delivering architectural projects from concept through to construction
- Strong technical design, coordination and detailing capability
- Experience working across master plan, urban design and architecture projects
- Working knowledge of Revit and BIM
- Experience with tools such as Rhino and Grasshopper is beneficial
- Sound understanding of local and regional codes, standards and construction practice
- Experience working directly with clients, consultants and delivery teams
Qualifications
- RIBA Part 3 or equivalent professional qualification
- Typically 10+ years’ experience
- Experience in mixed-used commercial, rail or bus interchange, residential and master plan
- Experience in healthcare and education sector is an advantage.
Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
