Job Responsibilities

• Design and decorate cakes according to the daily production schedule and special customer requests while maintaining quality and presentation standards, production budgets, and company policies.
• Inspect the quality of raw materials and decorating ingredients, monitor stock levels, and ensure cost control measures are followed before cake decoration activities begin.
• Preparing and mixing ingredients according to established recipes for cakes, pastries, and other baked products.
• Continuously improve cake decorating skills and stay updated on the latest decoration techniques and market trends.
• Be available for on-call duties and provide support in resolving urgent issues or emergencies when necessary.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizens only. Full-time, permanent position.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the bakery industry.
• Salary package will be commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience.
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
• Possess own transportation and be willing to travel within the Klang Valley.
