Master Document Control & Tracking
- Maintain and update the Master Document Register (MDR) and Vendor Document Requirement List (VDRL).
- Assign unique document numbers, revision codes, and metadata in accordance with project coding standards.
- Track status, review cycles, and turnaround times for technical drawings, P&IDs, datasheets, and calculation sheets.
Transmittals & Communication Control
- Issue and register incoming/outgoing Document Transmittal Notices (DTNs) between clients, main contractors, fabrication yards, and vendors.
- Log and distribute Technical Queries (TQs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Field Change Notices (FCNs).
- Manage Comment Resolution Sheets (CRS) to ensure technical comments are incorporated before final drawing approval.
Offshore & Yard Interface
- Coordinate document distribution between onshore engineering teams, fabrication yards, and offshore installation vessels/platforms.
- Ensure site and hook-up teams work strictly with the latest "Approved for Construction" (AFC) revisions to eliminate field rework.
As-Built & Handover Dossiers
- Compile and verify redline markups, As-Built drawings, and material traceabilities.
- Assemble Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, Mechanical Completion Dossiers, and System Commissioning Packages.
- Ensure documentation meets class society standards (e.g., ABS, DNV) and client handover specifications.
EDMS & Data Security
- Administer the project's Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) such as Aconex, OpenText, Sharecat, or ProArc.
- Manage user access rights, confidentiality protocols, and document security classifications.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
