Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign job tasks to the team
• Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion
• Manage vehicle movement, documentation and schedules
• Track WIP status and daily operation progress
• Support QC monitoring and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams and contractors
• Update reports and operation records accurately

Requirements

• Automotive Certificate / MLVK Level 3 or related qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive operations
• Experience in Service Centre, Body & Paint, Workshop or Assembly Plant environment
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
