Job Responsibilities

Paid Advertising

• Plan, create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Plan and optimize Google Search, Display and YouTube Ads
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy and audiences
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency

Lead Generation

• Generate high-quality leads for clinic treatments
• Improve Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Build and optimize lead funnels
• Work closely with the customer service team to improve lead quality

Analytics & Reporting

• Track campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
• Analyze audience behaviour and identify opportunities for growth
• Recommend new strategies based on campaign data

Collaboration

• Work closely with the content creator and videographer
• Suggest ad creatives that convert
• Brief the creative team on high-performing angles
• Support new treatment launches and promotional campaigns

Job Requirements

• 2–3 years experience running Meta Ads
• Experience with Google Ads is an advantage
• Strong understanding of performance marketing
• Able to interpret data and make optimization decisions
• Experience with lead generation campaigns
• Familiar with Meta Pixel, Conversion API and Google Analytics
• Strong copywriting sense for high-converting ads
• Detail-oriented and proactive

Bonus Skills

• Experience in aesthetic, healthcare or beauty industry
• Experience with TikTok Ads
• Familiar with CRM and lead tracking systems
• Basic Canva or video editing skills
• Knowledge of landing page optimization

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
