Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Developer to join a leading banking technology team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, workflow automation, CMDB management, and enterprise integrations across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Build workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripts, and dashboards.
• Design and maintain CMDB structures, CI relationships, and data normalization.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and web services.
• Implement automation using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and scheduled jobs.
• Create Performance Analytics dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
• Collaborate with architects, administrators, operations teams, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules:
• Incident
• Change
• Problem
• Request
• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• Event Management
• SAM / HAM
• Proficiency in:
• JavaScript
• GlideScript
• HTML/CSS
• Flow Designer
• REST/SOAP APIs
• MID Server integrations
• Experience with CMDB design, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations is essential.

Certifications (Preferred / Advantageous)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow CIS – ITSM
• ServiceNow CIS – ITOM
• ServiceNow CIS – ITAM

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
