1Meet with customers to understand their operational and automation requirements.
2Design automation solutions using PLC, SCADA, HMI, IIoT, MES, or industrial networking technologies.
3Prepare system architecture, functional specifications, and solution proposals.
4Recommend suitable hardware and software based on project requirements.
5Work closely with the sales team to develop technical proposals.
6Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
7Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), quotations, and cost estimations.
8Respond to technical questions during the tender or bidding process.
9Assist in defining project scope and technical deliverables.
10Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
11Develop implementation schedules and technical documentation.
12Identify project risks and recommend mitigation plans.
13Support PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial communication system integration.
14Assist with system commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
15Ensure solutions meet customer requirements and industry standards.
16Serve as the technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
17Provide technical consultation before and after project completion.
18Conduct customer training on system operation and maintenance.
19Keep up to date with industrial automation technologies.
20Evaluate new products and solutions for customer applications.
21Work with vendors to obtain technical support and certifications.
22Any other add hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
