We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Communications (MARCOM) Executive to strengthen our brand presence, generate quality leads, support sales activities, and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strong project management skills and can coordinate multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients, designers, suppliers, and production partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

Handle customer inquiries, provide project updates, and resolve issues professionally.

Critically review and evaluate artwork, designs, and marketing materials to ensure quality, accuracy, branding consistency, and client satisfaction before submission or production.

Provide constructive feedback to designers and ensure revisions are completed according to project requirements.

Maintain accurate records, project documentation, and databases while ensuring consistency across internal systems.

Assist in managing company website content and social media updates to maintain an active and professional online presence.

Work closely with internal teams to improve workflow, productivity, and service quality.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Ensure all marketing and communication materials are aligned with the company's brand identity and client objectives.

Coordinate office operations, schedules, travel arrangements, meetings, and general administrative duties.

Monitor production and printing processes, following each job from design approval through production and final delivery.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
