Fitness First is looking for passionate and motivated Personal Trainers to join our team at Cheras Leisure Mall. If you enjoy helping people achieve their fitness goals and want to build a rewarding career in the fitness industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness consultations and body assessments.
• Design and deliver personalised training programmes based on members' goals.
• Motivate, coach, and support members throughout their fitness journey.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members.
• Achieve personal training sales and service targets.
• Participate in club events and member engagement activities.

Job Requirements

• Experience in the fitness industry is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Sports Science, Exercise Science, Sports & Recreation, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Passionate about fitness, health, and helping people achieve results.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
• Relevant fitness certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
