Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business IT, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of software development experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent).
• Experience working in Agile and/or Scrum environments.
• Strong interest in Low-Code development and willingness to learn the Mendix platform.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with React Native is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of the Mendix platform is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working directly with clients.
• Willing to travel internationally for project assignments when required.

ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development

• Develop enterprise applications using a leading Low-Code Development Platform.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
• Perform application testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and system enhancements.
• Deliver scalable and reliable software solutions that meet client requirements.

Client Engagement & Consulting

• Work closely with clients to understand business processes and identify digital transformation opportunities.
• Participate in client discussions and project implementation activities.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Support successful project delivery through effective collaboration and communication.

Agile Project Delivery

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Contribute ideas to improve development processes and project outcomes.

Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and software development best practices.
• Learn and apply Low-Code development methodologies using the Mendix platform.
• Support innovation initiatives and recommend improvements to enhance business solutions.
