Program Overview: The Graduate Engineer Program is designed to provide recent graduates with hands-on experience and professional development in the field of Electrical Engineering. Participants will work alongside experienced engineers on various projects, gaining valuable skills and knowledge while contributing to innovative solutions in the civil engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams on planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports, project documentation, and presentations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and efficiencies.
• Support the development of engineering solutions through research and analysis.
• Engage in training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Recent graduates.
