JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
Provide financial analysis, business insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Partner with business leaders and regional stakeholders to drive business performance and continuous improvement.
Lead, coach, and develop the finance team while fostering a high-performance culture.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA)
preferred Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience, with regional exposure preferred Proven people management experience (at least 3–5 years)
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS preferred)
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights and recommendations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to operate both strategically and operationally
