Key Responsibilities:

Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC lathe machines according to daily production schedules.

Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and engineering specifications to determine part dimensions and tolerances.

Select, install, and adjust cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto the machines.

Monitor machine operations, adjusting speeds and feeds as necessary to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.

Perform precise measurements and quality control inspections using calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.

Conduct routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning to ensure equipment is running safely and optimally.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company and safety guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship in machining is a strong plus.

1 year of experience operating manual and/or CNC lathe machines.

Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Proficiency in using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).

Solid math skills, particularly in geometry and trigonometry.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
