key responsibilities:

Take ownership of end-to-end event execution, converting client visions into seamless live engagements.

• Partner with clients to construct tailored project proposals and monitor financial budgets.
• Obtain commercial agreements with suppliers while coordinating venue, catering, and technical setup.
• Prepare competitive quotations, pricing estimates, and formal tenders to capture business opportunities.
• Direct onsite operations, schedule workflows, and supervise event execution staff.
• Evaluate post-project outcomes to compile reporting insights and improve operational workflows.

qualifications and experience:

• Background in project coordination, events, or client relationship servicing will be preferred.
• Degree or diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or relevant is preferred - Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
• Capability to manage vendor negotiations, tender documentation, and cost breakdowns.
• Superior organizational capacity with the resilience to navigate tight delivery timelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills across cross-functional teams.
• Digital literacy across standard office applications and workflow tools.
