Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hybrid Cloud Engineer to support and maintain enterprise hybrid cloud infrastructure across Windows Server, VMware, Nutanix, AWS, and Azure environments. The role involves infrastructure monitoring, incident resolution, patching, automation, and operational support to ensure service availability and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Windows Server, VMware, Nutanix, AWS, and Azure platforms.
• Manage Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and SCCM operations.
• Support VMware vSphere and Nutanix environments, including administration and troubleshooting.
• Perform AWS and Azure infrastructure support, including VM, networking, storage, IAM, and monitoring services.
• Execute patching, vulnerability remediation, capacity management, and disaster recovery activities.
• Automate operational tasks using Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Python, and Shell scripting.
• Handle incidents, changes, service requests, and maintain operational documentation.
• Participate in 24x7 shift support, on-call rotations, and major incident management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience supporting enterprise Windows, VMware, Nutanix, AWS, and Azure environments.
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud operations, monitoring, patch management, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in shift-based support and on-call rotations.
• Experience handling major incidents and SLA-driven operations.
• Strong focus on automation, service reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working in 24x7 production support environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
