Job Description

Responsibilities

Are you organised, proactive and enjoy keeping things running smoothly? Join our team and play an important role in supporting project teams delivering acquisition projects. As a Project Executive / Senior Project Executive, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure projects are well-coordinated and executed efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Project Administration & Procurement - You will support project teams by processing purchase orders and goods receipts accurately and promptly to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Project Records & Asset Management - You will maintain project documentation, manage records and track project assets across various systems, ensuring information is accurate, organised and readily accessible.
  • Onboarding & Coordination - You will coordinate the onboarding of new team members, arrange project meetings and events, and facilitate security clearance processes for staff and external parties.
  • Stakeholder & Supplier Coordination - Working closely with project teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate deliveries, monitor administrative timelines and support effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Training & Department Support - You will also coordinate training programmes, assist in departmental planning activities and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Prior administrative or project coordination experience would be an advantage
