About the Job

Our client, a company in the manufacturing industry, is looking for a dynamic, experienced Program Manager to join their team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will lead and manage projects from conception through to completion.




Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams — including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders — fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, managing relationships with clients, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and internal teams
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adjust plans as needed to keep projects on trac
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards by developing and implementing quality control measure
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular financial reports to the Sales Director and senior management
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates to the Sales Director and key stakeholder




Position Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any field
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the manufacturing industry, with deep knowledge of and network within the semiconductor, life sciences, or medical markets
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • A strong collaborator able to influence stakeholders and generate executive-level interest in the company's solutions to drive local and regional growth
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with excellent presentation, communication, planning, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse stakeholder groups
