We're looking for a Business Analyst to join a collaborative team supporting client audit and freight data projects. This is a highly client-facing role where you'll work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, interpret complex datasets, coordinate project delivery, and provide consultative support throughout the implementation lifecycle. Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, client-facing consulting, technical support, or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large and complex datasets
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data analysis tools
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions
• Exposure to project coordination, including managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Prior experience in the logistics, supply chain, transportation, freight, or shipping industry is a good to have
