UNS seeks management trainees to learn and manage our salon operations.

Trainees will be expected to learn company operations by rotating through departments, assisting with projects, analyzing data, and supporting senior management with operations and strategic planning. Through these learnings and  trainings, trainee is expected to develop leadership skills and experience needed for future management roles. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Learning & Training: 

Participate in training programs, workshops, and meetings to develop business knowledge and management skills. 

• Operational Support: 

Assist managers with day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, and the implementation of new policies and procedures. 

• Project Involvement: 

Work on various projects, sometimes leading small teams or initiatives, to gain practical experience. 

• Data Analysis & Reporting: 

Analyze data to identify trends, provide recommendations, and prepare reports and presentations for senior management. 

• Performance Monitoring: 

Help with performance evaluations and track metrics, gaining insight into what drives business success. 

• Problem-Solving: 

Identify operational challenges and contribute to solutions, developing strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
