Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Delivery Intern to support our project delivery team in managing website content and quality assurance activities. You will gain hands-on experience working with enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS), supporting website launches, and collaborating with designers, developers, and project managers.
Responsiblities
- Populate and update website content using the Content Management System (CMS).
- Format and upload text, images, documents, and multimedia assets according to project requirements.
- Verify content accuracy, formatting, hyperlinks, and responsiveness across desktop and mobile devices.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by executing test cases and validating website functionality.
- Log, track, and retest defects reported during UAT.
- Support content migration and validation during website revamps and enhancements.
- Ensure content follows brand, design, and accessibility guidelines.
- Maintain project documentation, content trackers, and testing reports.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Designers, and Developers to resolve issues before deployment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, Communications, Multimedia, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of websites, HTML, or Content Management Systems is an advantage (e.g. AEM, WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced project environment.

Notes:
- Minimum 3 months internship period.
