Job Summary:

Develop and conduct training modules for store staff, especially in technical skill training and operation. Controlling and monitoring the result of training. ,to enhance employees’ skills and an organization’s overall quality of store operation work.

Roles and Responsibilities:

To enhance employees’ skills and an organization’s overall quality of work, especially in product knowledge and store operation. Detail Duties are :

1. Assess employees’ needs for training based on Training Need Analysis.
2. Align training with the organization’s strategic goals.
3. Create a training budget and keep operations within budget.
4. Develop training programs that make the best use of available resources.
5. Update training programs to ensure that they are current.
6. Oversee the creation of online learning modules and other educational materials for employees.
7. Review training materials from Brand / principle and select materials.
8. Teach training methods and skills to trainers.
9. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and the trainers

Minimum Requirements:

1. Education - bachelor degree in education ;human resources or related discipline.
2. Experience – minimum 5 years in Training and retail operation.
3. Experience in Digital Learning System.
4. Knowledge of learning and development best practices.
5. A proven track record of training program development and management.
6. Excellent leadership skills.
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
