Qualitas Health Era Medik Kajang is seeking a dedicated and motivated Resident Doctor to join our primary healthcare team.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare consultations and treatment.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform minor medical procedures where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with MOH regulations.
• Deliver quality patient care with professionalism and compassion.

Requirements

• Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) with a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Able to work independently and manage the clinic efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, professional, and patient-focused.
• Previous experience in primary care or locum practice is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Resident Doctor)
• 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM:
• Locum coverage provided.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: RM8,500 per month
• Monthly Allowance: RM500
• Performance Bonus: Incentive based on clinic sales and performance.
