Responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and operations to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology support.
Oversees network administration, IT security, backup and disaster recovery, asset management, ISO documentation, end-user support, and vendor coordination while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and update network diagrams, and provide first- and second-level support for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
Provide hands-on technical support for IT hardware, software, operating systems, peripherals, and end-user issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
Manage endpoint security, user access controls, and act as the first responder for IT security incidents, escalating organisation-wide issues to the IT Manager when required.
Manage backup operations, perform periodic restore testing, and maintain disaster recovery documentation to ensure business continuity.
Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and monitor software licenses, warranties, maintenance contracts, and renewal schedules to ensure uninterrupted service.
Develop, maintain, and standardise IT documentation, including SOPs, policies, control registers, and audit evidence, ensuring ISO compliance and audit readiness.
Coordinate the installation, maintenance, and administration of CCTV systems, including footage retention policies and access control.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers on IT infrastructure and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, including CCTV, access control, PA/BGM, and related services, covering quotations, procurement, installation, and maintenance.
Support IT infrastructure improvements, system implementation, and other IT projects, while undertaking ad hoc IT duties assigned by the IT Lead.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or technical support, with hands-on experience in system troubleshooting and IT operations.
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, endpoint security, backup solutions, and IT asset management
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a hybrid onsite/remote working environment.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
