Natural Wellness Industries Hiring! Full Time QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 2,900 - Ricebowl

1. To ensure that the Quality System is always up to date and in a state of art.

2. To oversee and supervise daily laboratory operations in compliance with GMP & GLP.

3. To propose and lead continuous Improvement Projects related to Quality for the company.

4. To ensure the monitoring and control of the manufacturing environment and general plant hygiene.

5. To ensure approval and monitoring of suppliers of materials.

6. To ensure the designation and monitoring of storage conditions for materials and products.

7. To monitor yield and wastage of each batch manufacturing.

8. To generate weekly, monthly and yearly reports for management to review.

9. To prepare and execute validation master plan, protocol and conduct IQ, OQ and the process validation for production as well as method validation in the quality department.

10. To ensure smooth running of monthly services including Pest Control, RO Water Systems, Compress Air System and Air Conditional System of the production plan to meet the Cgmp standard.

11. To execute Internal Audit and follow up audit.

12. To supervise investigation of the defect of product quality especially when there are product complaints.

13. To co – ordinate and submit report to DCA or any local authorities.

14. To act as Quality Management Representative.

15. To execute quality certification projects as required in timely and accurate manner

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
