Talentasia Consultancy Hiring! Full Time Continuous Improvement Manager in Selangor - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the organization.
• Analyze existing workflows, identify process inefficiencies, and implement sustainable optimization strategies.
• Optimize warehouse layout, equipment utilization, labour productivity, and space utilization to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop data-driven solutions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes, systems, and technologies.
• Drive process implementation, change management initiatives, and compliance audits.
• Monitor operational KPIs and ensure productivity, quality, and efficiency targets are consistently achieved.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, warehouse optimization, or logistics consulting.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or Python.
• Experience in warehousing, distribution, or express logistics is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple improvement projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Mandarin/Cantonese proficiency is an added advantage to support communication with diverse stakeholders.

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
