Senior Systems Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing scalable system solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across enterprise platforms. This role requires strong stakeholder management, technical analysis, and solution design experience within the Telecommunications industry.

You will work closely with business users, solution architects, developers, and project teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, gather, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into solution specifications and technical design documents.
• Design scalable, integrated, and fit-for-purpose system solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solution designs.
• Assess technical feasibility, system integrations, and downstream impacts.
• Prepare solution documentation, including process flows, sequence diagrams, workflows, and interface specifications.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to recommend solution options and implementation approaches.
• Support system enhancement initiatives, new implementations, and digital transformation projects.
• Participate in RFP/RFT activities by providing technical analysis and solution recommendations.
• Ensure solutions comply with business, technical, and architectural standards.
• Support project delivery, testing activities, and implementation planning.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to project governance and SDLC processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Solution Analyst.
• Proven experience within the Telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of system analysis, solution design, and enterprise application integration.
• Experience gathering business requirements and preparing functional specifications.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
