RYBE Engineering (M) Hiring! Full Time Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) in Johor, Earn up to MYR 7,000 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Project tenders, include coordination of tender exercise.
• Responsible in preparing BQ (Bill of Quantities) , preliminary budgeting, cost budgeting and control, feasibility study .
• Compare, evaluate, and propose sub-contractors / suppliers.
• Preparation and update of documents ,drawings and correspondences related to electrical works
• Site valuation to ascertain work done for claim and certification purpose.
• Prepare and monitor monthly claims to clients and monthly certificates for sub-contractors including Variation Order and Final Accounts
• Work closely with site personnel, consultants and clients on coordination matters on and off-site.
• Monitor contractual records with clients and suppliers to safeguard the company’s interest.

Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in QS field industrial, commercial or data centre projects.
• Proficient in cost estimation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
