Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Parcel Operations Executive to support daily logistics operations by validating parcel statuses, resolving system discrepancies, and ensuring operational data is accurate and up to date. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, problem-solving, and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform validation of on-hold parcels through the internal system
• Investigate and resolve tracking numbers (TNs) that fail the validation process
• Communicate validation results and findings to the operations team
• Ensure all assigned tracking numbers are validated and completed within the daily deadline
• Maintain accurate records and escalate unresolved issues when necessary
• Perform system administration tasks and provide support for daily operational activities

Requirements

• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Able to learn new software tools and systems quickly
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and meet daily deadlines
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work rotational weekend shifts and public holidays when required

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,500
• Statutory Benefits: As per Employment Act

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
