The Service Crew is responsible for welcoming customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience. They work closely with the kitchen and other team members to provide efficient and friendly service.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with seating when required.
• Present menus, answer questions, and recommend menu items.
• Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving basic concerns.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Prepare tables before and after service.
• Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately.
• Restock supplies such as condiments, utensils, and beverages.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow crew members.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and inventory checks
• Previous experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage but not required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
